Do you do both in-person and virtual?

Yes, I offer in-person to those who live in New York City. I also offer virtual, telehealth services to anyone living in New York State, New Jersey, and Connecticut. I am happy to offer a hybrid model for those who wish to do both virtual and in-person, when convienient. 

How long are sessions?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes 

Couple sessions are 60 minutes

Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not take insurance. I can provide a Superbill for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. You may also use an HSA card to pay for sessions. 

What type of payment do you take?

I accept all major credit cards. Payment is automated through the secure portal, Simple Practice. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

I have a 48 hour (two business days) cancellation policy for any cancellations or missed appointments. If a session is cancelled after 48 hours, there will be a charge for the full session fee.
